The Cedars is a privately owned, family run Hotel which takes pride in offering a warm welcome and a personal service to every visitor, holidaymaker and businessman alike.

Originally built as a farmhouse in the 16th Century, The Cedars has, in recent years been refurbished and extended to offer the comfort and facilities of a modern hotel whilst retaining its charm, character and warmth.

The oak beamed bar with its large open fireplace is an ideal place for a relaxing drink or to enjoy a meal from the varied selection of bar food which is available.

In the restaurant, which is also open to non-residents, guests may choose from an a la carte menu which offers a wide range of food at reasonable prices. There is a comprehensive wine list which has been chosen to compliment the variety of dishes served.

There are 25 bedrooms, each has ensuite bathroom, radio and colour television, telephone, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Eight of these rooms are situated on the ground floor with easy access for disabled or elderly guests.

The Cedars Hotel is situated in the heart of East Anglia on the edge of the Suffolk market town of Stowmarket. The Hotel has good road access and excellent parking facilities for up to 75 cars. There are a wealth of interesting places to visit in the region within an hours drive.
